Service Contract Manager – Vantaa, Finland (On-site)
Lead Vaisala’s global subcontractor network for measurement technology services. Manage agreements, pricing, service levels, profitability, and international partner relationships.
Description
- Develop Vaisala’s global subcontractor network and supporting operating model
- Standardize subcontractor agreements, pricing structures, and scopes of work
- Verify that subcontractors meet customer contract terms, quality standards, and SLA obligations
- Monitor partner readiness, training, work progress, reporting, and other operational requirements
- Help deliver services cost-effectively while improving savings and contract profitability
- Cultivate lasting relationships with service partners and customers
- Coordinate with Service, Field Operations, Project, Customer Care, and Subcontractor teams across Europe and the Americas
- Report to the Manager, CareTech
Requirements
- Background in project, service, or contract management
- Education in project management, business, engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, or service partners
- Commercial negotiation expertise and a solid grasp of costs and service profitability
- Ability to coordinate multiple partners and workstreams
- Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders
- Capability to establish clear processes and effective ways of working
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, including willingness to explore and apply AI tools in daily work
