Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant – Infrastructure (Hybrid)

Lead infrastructure technology initiatives at Wells Fargo across operations, reliability, governance, and transformation. Improve performance, reporting, risk management, and strategic execution across IOR.

Description

  • Execute strategic technology initiatives and organizational priorities across Infrastructure, Operations & Reliability (IOR)
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that strengthen operational performance, service reliability, and organizational effectiveness
  • Build governance routines, performance measures, and reporting for initiatives, risks, dependencies, and results
  • Analyze operational, workforce, financial, and technology trends to produce data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate delivery across engineering, operations, reliability, observability, service management, and support teams
  • Assess operational risks, process deficiencies, and improvement opportunities, then drive remediation through completion
  • Create executive presentations, strategic communications, business reviews, and leadership materials
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, finance, human resources, and control functions to align priorities and execution
  • Advance transformation efforts involving automation, AI-enabled operations, platform modernization, and continuous improvement
  • Guide decisions and achieve consensus among senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Promote accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory, risk, and control compliance

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service, or education
  • At least 4 years of experience working within or supporting an infrastructure organization
  • At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience supporting Infrastructure, Operations & Reliability (IOR), Production Services, IT Service Operations, CTO Platform, SRE, Observability, or Technology Control organizations
  • Working knowledge of Agile, product management, portfolio governance, and technology delivery practices
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable technology management tools
  • Understanding of technology risk, controls, audit, and regulatory compliance processes
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, automation, AI-enabled operations, or operational excellence programs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver results in highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
