Senior Financial Analytics Professional - Medicare Advantage Remote

Humana seeks a senior financial analytics professional to manage Medicare Advantage supplemental-benefit data, CMS reporting, actuarial pricing, forecasting, and analytics automation in a remote U.S. role.

Description

  • Manage data that supports daily operations, strategic planning, and business performance decisions
  • Direct analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Individual Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits
  • Own supplemental-benefit data logic and connect information across vendors and systems
  • Oversee end-to-end data for regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing, and financial forecasting
  • Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and usability of supplemental-benefit data for actuarial applications
  • Manage data inputs for pricing and forecasting models
  • Track emerging experience and performance patterns
  • Prepare monthly Actual-to-Expected (A2E) reports for performance management, variance analysis, and trend reporting
  • Lead initiatives that improve processes and automate analytics workflows
  • Build and maintain database solutions, reporting tools, and summary dashboards
  • Enable scalable analytics and informed decisions across business partners
  • Help shape department strategy and select technical approaches for project components

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five years of technical experience with database programs, reporting tools, and/or summary dashboards
  • Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends
  • Ability to communicate variance and trend findings while improving modeling techniques
  • Experience resolving moderately complex to complex issues through detailed evaluation of variable factors
  • A dedicated, interruption-free workspace is required to safeguard member PHI and HIPAA information
  • Personal internet service with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
