Description

  • Own the performance and direction of a talented engineering squad
  • Build a self-sufficient team culture with fewer dependencies on senior management

  • Evaluate and deploy LLMs and agentic systems for mobility use cases and internal optimization

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as an Engineering Manager or Lead, preferably in a fast-moving, product-focused organization
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of modern AI tools, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows
  • Ability to apply AI tools securely and responsibly to improve developer productivity
  • Proactive, energetic approach with the confidence to challenge established processes constructively
  • Experience mentoring engineers and managing organizational change
  • Empathetic, clear communication skills for guiding teams through technical and organizational transitions
