Description

  • Develop and brief content for thought leadership, campaigns, social media, and web channels
  • Check content for alignment with brand and editorial quality standards
  • Partner with subject matter experts to turn technical expertise into engaging client-facing content
  • Apply AI knowledge to help develop and scale a modern content function
  • Help deliver digital marketing best practices, including performance marketing and AEO/SEO
  • Maintain content calendars and balance stakeholder priorities against deadlines
  • Commission and brief agencies or freelance contributors when required
  • Assess content results and refine output using performance data
  • Advise teams across the firm on tone of voice and content best practices

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in content strategy or content marketing, preferably in professional or financial services
  • Strong command of tone of voice and editorial standards, with the judgement to adapt content for different audiences and channels
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders while managing competing deadlines
  • Experience overseeing video creation and production with external agencies
  • Clear understanding of how brand and content work together to support business goals
  • Good knowledge of content measurement and using performance insights to improve future work
  • Able to work independently and quickly take ownership of an established content programme
