Description

  • Coordinate customer orders from entry through delivery
  • Provide prompt order confirmations and maintain accurate processing
  • Serve as the main customer contact for order status and delivery updates
  • Work with Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
  • Track inventory levels and help optimize stock
  • Escalate customer complaints and assist the Quality team with resolution
  • Identify potential delivery delays and trigger the appropriate internal escalation
  • Assist Key Account Managers with account service and business objectives
  • Prioritize customer needs and help maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Produce recurring reports and support Supply Chain performance goals
  • Maintain and verify customer master data in ERP systems
  • Administer customer-owned assets, including pallet balances and production tools
  • Keep data accurate and systems updated promptly
  • Help uphold company policies, management systems, and FSC requirements
  • Take part in complaint investigations and corrective action plans
  • Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
  • Comply with quality, environmental, health and safety, food safety, and sustainability standards

Requirements

  • A higher education degree or relevant professional qualification
  • A strong customer-service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Well-developed organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Native-level Hungarian
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, logistics, supply chain, or a comparable coordination role is advantageous
  • Manufacturing experience is advantageous
