Remote Sales Development Representative - Nsight Health

Remote, full-time SDR role at Nsight Health focused on outbound prospecting among healthcare clinics for its RPM and CCM platform. Qualify multi-stakeholder opportunities and collaborate with account executives to build qualified pipeline.

Description

  • Identify clinics and medical practices by specialty, size, and geography, then prospect through email and phone.
  • Navigate office-manager gatekeepers to arrange meetings with practice owners, nurse practitioners, and physicians.
  • Build trust by explaining RPM and CCM reimbursement, CMS codes, clinical outcomes, and medical billing.
  • Assess prospects against Nsight Health’s ideal customer profile before scheduling meetings.
  • Execute organized, multi-touch outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records.
  • Work with account executives and marketing to tailor messaging for different buyer personas.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly goals for booked meetings and qualified pipeline.
  • Monitor daily calling activity and meeting performance.
  • Transfer complete, well-documented opportunities to the account executive team.

Requirements

  • At least two years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Healthcare or health technology experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated cold-outbound experience across phone, email, and social channels, beyond inbound follow-up.
  • Ability to manage sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Consistent CRM management and strong organizational practices.
  • Clear, confident verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation tools.
  • Sound judgment about when AI is useful and when it is not.
  • Familiarity with RPM, CCM, APCM, or other CMS chronic-care reimbursement programs is preferred.
  • Experience selling to independent practices, FQHCs, or specialty clinics is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and dialer systems is preferred.
