Description

  • Manage and publish social media content
  • Oversee and organize the email inbox
  • Handle leads received through the Hole In The Wall website and email
  • Maintain the business owner’s calendar and schedule business development appointments
  • Regularly review the calendar and inbox to track deadlines, follow-ups, and urgent tasks
  • After training, qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and potentially sell and schedule drywall repair services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • Three to four years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities
  • Highly proficient spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, adapt to change, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Availability for overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time, or work during U.S. operating hours
  • Experience in the trades is a plus, particularly drywall; exposure to other trades is also helpful
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to and respond effectively to diverse personalities
  • Comfort using social media marketing tools and practices
  • Familiarity with ServiceMinder, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, or comparable industry software
