Remote Reporting Analyst at Leidos

Leidos is seeking a remote Reporting Analyst to prepare SLA, usage, case, and call-center reporting for its Military OneSource support program. The role analyzes healthcare service data to inform operations and strengthen data quality.

Description

  • Collect, consolidate, and prepare metrics and reporting data for monthly status, usage, case, call-center, and quarterly performance plan reports
  • Analyze data for Government monthly status reports and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Evaluate EAP service and program resource utilization to support operational decisions
  • Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports aligned with Service Level Agreements and performance measures
  • Create and apply data-quality checks for accurate, consistent, and complete reporting
  • Investigate data discrepancies and inaccuracies, escalating issues for resolution
  • Review large datasets for patterns, trends, gaps, and continuous-improvement opportunities
  • Support record searches and records-release requests according to program requirements
  • Assist with transition reporting to maintain continuity and accurate deliverables
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting needs and align them with operational objectives
  • Complete other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Experience in behavioral healthcare or a comparable healthcare setting
  • Ability to work with large datasets and interpret complex data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with MySQL, MS SQL, or similar database technologies
  • Strong analytical ability, including identifying trends, gaps, and actionable insights
  • High attention to detail and a consistent focus on data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship and English fluency are required
  • Ability to pass criminal history and fingerprint background checks and complete credential verification
  • Ability to maintain and retain required suitability investigation and clearance
  • Proficiency using electronic systems, computer applications, and virtual service platforms
  • A separate, quiet, private, and confidential workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet connected to the home through ISP-provided coax or fiber; mobile tethering and wireless ISP service are not acceptable
