Remote Account Executive - Principle Business Enterprises

Drive homecare-market account growth for Principle Business Enterprises in a remote sales role. Own territory revenue, sales opportunities, customer relationships, and account retention.

Description

  • Find new sales opportunities and carry out action plans that support territory revenue targets
  • Oversee an assigned account portfolio to maintain retention and deliver year-over-year growth
  • Source and qualify leads through prospecting, research, and coordinated sales-cycle activities
  • Develop lasting customer partnerships through consistent communication, problem-solving, and value-focused support
  • Lead semi-annual business reviews with customers
  • Apply company sales programs and product initiatives across assigned accounts
  • Keep account records current and accurate in CRM platforms and internal databases
  • Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and graphics teams on customer support, campaigns, and solutions
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager on territory planning and account engagement
  • Address customer and management questions, assess business constraints, and propose corrective or improvement actions
  • Share account activity, opportunities, risks, and trends with leadership
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and new program development
  • Demonstrate and uphold PBE’s core values
  • Handle other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable experience in sales or a related discipline
  • At least two years of sales experience covering lead generation, cold calling, and full sales-cycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to close accounts using inside sales methods
  • Track record of expanding accounts through structured account management
  • Strong administrative and customer service capabilities with careful attention to detail
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer is required
