Description

  • Lead engineering staff and deliver assigned work on schedule and within budget
  • Design, build, and test analog and mixed-signal devices such as amplifiers, filters, and ADCs
  • Support the analysis, definition, and management of RF requirements
  • Evaluate the functional, performance, and interface characteristics of RF components, equipment, and systems
  • Advance design-to-cost and design-for-manufacture objectives across programs
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers
  • Contribute to proposal development
  • Direct and oversee assigned personnel
  • Participate in engineering, customer, and business meetings
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers
  • Promote the organization’s mission, values, and culture
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
  • At least five years of professional experience
  • U.S. citizenship
  • An active Department of Defense security clearance or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable period after starting
  • Experience designing, building, and testing analog and mixed-signal devices, including amplifiers, filters, and ADCs
  • Knowledge of RF requirements analysis, definition, and management
  • Ability to perform functional, performance, and interface analysis for RF components, equipment, and systems
  • Ability to independently supervise a technical group
  • Ability to provide budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
