Description

  • Lead the design and development of advanced AI and machine-learning solutions that improve business processes
  • Convert raw data into actionable insights for informed decisions and business growth
  • Design and optimize algorithms, models, and systems for intelligent automation and decision-making
  • Oversee complex data analysis and integration to strengthen data quality and infrastructure
  • Apply data-modeling techniques to deliver robust client data solutions
  • Work with teams and clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project development
  • Guide teams through complex challenges while remaining effective in ambiguous situations
  • Coach team members to build and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
  • Define strategy and quality standards for assessing AI behavior, performance, robustness, bias, explainability, and failure modes
  • Set standards for reviewing technical controls and evidence, then document defensible findings, limitations, and recommendations
  • Oversee reusable evaluation tools, automated testing, reference datasets, monitoring capabilities, and evidence workflows across teams
  • Engage clients strategically and drive overall project success
  • Lead large projects, improve processes, and maintain operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least six years of professional experience
  • Preference for study in analytics or data science, artificial intelligence or robotics, computer science or information systems, or engineering
  • Advanced capability in AI implementation and complex data analysis
  • Proficiency with programming languages and data modeling
  • Experience managing data infrastructure and integration projects
  • Knowledge of deep-learning and machine-learning techniques
  • Experience leading teams through complex data-driven projects and providing strategic advice
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams responsible for production AI deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and incident response
  • Ability to establish rigorous evaluation standards for failure modes, bias, drift, hallucinations, explainability, and guardrails
  • Ability to guide architecture trade-offs and create ways to measure and communicate technical and business outcomes across AI initiatives
  • Ability to explain technical findings, limitations, and architecture trade-offs to executive clients and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience developing technical leaders and managers across teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
