Product Designer — Europe Remote

Designs clearer workflows and user experiences for MailerLite’s email marketing platform. Partners with research, product, and engineering teams to shape AI-enabled features.

Description

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to uncover UX challenges and opportunities from product goals and requirements
  • Work end to end with software engineers to balance user and business impact
  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative user experience research
  • Strengthen collaboration across product and engineering functions
  • Turn complex workflows into intuitive user journeys, consistent component behavior, and a cohesive visual style
  • Guide the product’s long-term design direction while addressing daily challenges
  • Help maintain a supportive, close-knit team environment
  • Work with other departments to find synergies and deliver a consistent, seamless user experience

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Product Design experience across platforms such as web applications and third-party integrations, or in developing and maintaining a design system
  • Demonstrated positivity and strong empathy for end users and teammates
  • Ability to lead design from discovery through delivery and post-launch analysis
  • Use an iterative design process
  • Base decisions and designs on data and user understanding
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to align teams around a design vision
  • Comfort with AI as a foundational skill and interest in designing AI-powered product features and intelligence
  • Experience conducting user research
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Located in the EMEA region
