Packaging Production Designer - Philippines Remote
Own dielines, proofs, and production-ready packaging assets for a US-based CPG company. Adapt campaigns and create 3D product visuals for retail and eCommerce channels.
Description
- Lead packaging projects from initial brief through production-ready files for retail, Amazon, eCommerce, and professional channels.
- Create and adapt accurate dielines with correct structure, bleed, fold tolerances, CMYK/Pantone profiles, material specifications, and vendor-ready files.
- Maintain packaging guidelines across brands, covering typography, layout rules, color profiles, materials, and structural requirements.
- Inspect digital and physical proofs for copy, color, legal text, label claims, regulatory markings, and structural errors before print approval.
- Coordinate packaging requests with Purchasing, Imports, and New Product Development while organizing final assets in Bynder.
- Design instruction manuals, parent guides, product illustrations, activity sheets, printed cards, and other supporting product materials.
- Adapt approved campaign concepts for social media, websites, email, digital advertising, sell sheets, trade materials, Amazon A+ Content, and PDP image sets.
- Create or support product photography, retouching, image composites, and photorealistic 3D renders for mockups, eCommerce listings, and sales materials.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate asset adaptation, background generation, upscaling, image variations, and campaign production workflows.
Requirements
- At least four years of packaging design or production experience in an agency, in-house brand, manufacturing, or comparable environment.
- Proven ability to build dielines from scratch with structural accuracy, bleed, CMYK/Pantone setup, material specifications, and print-vendor handoff.
- Experience using 3D rendering tools such as Adobe Dimension, KeyShot, Cinema 4D, Blender, or comparable software.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience creating or maintaining packaging guidelines, brand standards, or production systems across multiple brands or packaging formats.
- Strong knowledge of proofing, print production, file preparation, version control, and packaging quality assurance.
- Experience adapting campaign concepts efficiently and accurately across multiple digital and print formats.
- Working knowledge of Bynder or a comparable digital asset management platform for submission, versioning, naming, and organization.
- Active use of AI tools for design adaptation, generative fill, upscaling, background creation, and production efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple packaging and creative projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CPG, hard goods, pest control, household products, or similar product categories is preferred.
- Experience supporting New Product Development teams from brief through production is preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon packaging or eCommerce product image requirements is preferred.
- Spanish or French language skills are preferred.
- Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
