Oracle Cloud WMS Architect — India Remote

Description
- Architect Oracle Cloud WMS solutions aligned with business and warehouse requirements
- Own end-to-end Oracle Cloud WMS implementations from solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and support
- Configure and improve receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and cycle-counting workflows
- Build integrations between Oracle Cloud WMS and Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing
- Develop and maintain integrations with 3PL providers, external applications, and warehouse automation platforms
- Establish warehouse structures covering subinventories, locators, LPNs, inventory organizations, and task management
- Configure wave planning, task management, replenishment, allocation, and picking strategies
- Convert business requirements into practical WMS functional and technical solutions
- Facilitate technical discussions with business stakeholders, functional specialists, and integration teams
- Evaluate integration designs, data flows, and technical specifications
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, production incidents, and troubleshooting
- Investigate performance and process challenges and recommend suitable WMS improvements
- Produce solution designs, technical specifications, configuration records, and integration documentation
- Coach WMS consultants and provide technical direction to the implementation team
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing and architecting Oracle Cloud WMS solutions
- Background in warehouse process design
- Practical experience configuring WMS platforms
- Experience designing and supporting integrations
- Understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse processes
- Experience with inventory, picking, and putaway operations
- Track record of delivering end-to-end implementations
- Experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience with FBDI
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing
- Knowledge of integrations involving 3PL providers, external applications, and warehouse automation
- Knowledge of warehouse structures such as subinventories, locators, LPNs, inventory organizations, and task management
- Knowledge of wave planning, task management, replenishment, allocation, and picking strategies
- Ability to interpret business requirements and turn them into WMS functional and technical solutions
- Ability to lead technical conversations with business stakeholders, functional teams, and integration teams
- Ability to assess integration designs, data flows, and technical specifications
- Experience supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, production issues, and troubleshooting
