Marketing Executive – Swegon UK&I (Hybrid)

Swegon UK&I is seeking a Marketing Executive to manage CRM, digital campaigns, website content, and CPD webinars. The role supports lead generation and marketing activity across the UK&I business.

Description

  • Deliver creative, practical, and high-quality marketing support across Swegon UK&I
  • Manage CRM activity, digital content, campaigns, and the CPD and webinar programme
  • Plan and deliver omnichannel campaigns through HubSpot and other marketing platforms
  • Support lead generation by ensuring marketing leads are captured, managed, and reported accurately
  • Work with sales and internal teams to support commercial priorities
  • Maintain and refresh website content through the company CMS
  • Keep website content accurate, engaging, up to date, and aligned with SEO best practice
  • Find opportunities to improve website content and user journeys
  • Lead selected marketing campaigns and projects from planning through delivery and reporting
  • Review campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data
  • Coordinate activity across email, website, social media, events, and other channels
  • Support product launches, lead-generation campaigns, events, and other UK&I marketing initiatives
  • Manage Swegon’s CPD and webinar programme
  • Develop webinar content and supporting materials with presenters and subject-matter experts
  • Host and run live webinars using webinar or livestreaming software
  • Coordinate webinar invitations, registrations, reminders, and follow-up communications
  • Track webinar attendance, engagement, feedback, and overall performance
  • Assist with daily marketing activity, exhibitions, events, sponsorships, and related initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Swegon and the wider business

Requirements

  • GCSE qualifications in Maths, English, and IT, or equivalent
  • Experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field
  • A full and valid UK driving licence
  • At least two years of experience in a comparable marketing role, or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • A track record of creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns
  • Experience writing content for websites and other digital channels
  • Experience with website CMS platforms such as Optimizely or Squarespace
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK, with occasional overseas travel potentially required
