Market Manager, Arizona (Remote)

Lead Heaven Hill Brands’ beverage-brand programs across Arizona. Manage distributor sales teams, account development, training, market coverage, and field reporting.

Description

  • Drive Heaven Hill’s on- and off-premise strategic initiatives across Arizona
  • Implement field programs aligned with established brand strategies
  • Lead, train, and manage local distributor sales teams
  • Provide planned market coverage across Arizona, including independent on- and off-premise accounts
  • Manage distributor relationships and ensure compliance with brand policies, distribution goals, and promotional plans
  • Train distributor sales representatives, monitor competitor activity, and assess execution quality
  • Report directly to and support the Regional Manager
  • Spend about four days each week in the field and one day on planning, reporting, and administrative work
  • Build relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts
  • Present and promote brands to grow volume and support distributor targets
  • Meet with distributor representatives and managers to strengthen brand visibility
  • Coordinate with relevant local events and participate in strategic opportunities, including national initiatives
  • Act as the main distributor-sales contact for local and national objectives and programs
  • Deliver product seminars for accounts and distributor sales teams
  • Provide updates on National Account Mandate compliance
  • Track customer and consumer trends
  • Maintain activity and promotion calendars and oversee third-party promotional activity
  • Conduct brand training for account and distributor staff
  • Submit monthly market activity reports to the Regional Manager
  • Share market conditions and competitive-brand updates with the supervisor
  • Review program performance and execution updates with distributor management
  • Offer feedback on marketing and sales initiatives, including programs, point-of-sale materials, and advertising
  • Complete special assignments, including account pricing and distribution verification

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
  • At least five years of related sales experience in the distilled spirits or wine supplier industry
  • Analytical ability to collect data from varied sources and present it in appropriate formats
  • Understanding of product presentation, promotion, and sales principles and practices
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstrations, sales methods, and sales-control systems
  • Strong management and presentation abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, use a computer, and reach with the hands and arms
  • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds
