Inside Sales Representative – Vancouver Hybrid

Sell Clarius AI-powered mobile ultrasound solutions to healthcare professionals across Canada. Qualify inbound demand, develop outbound opportunities, and build a healthy sales pipeline.

Description

  • Qualify and convert inbound prospects through phone calls, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Generate new opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Guide early-stage prospects through nurturing activities and the sales process to close.
  • Assess customer needs and goals to present relevant, tailored value propositions.
  • Work with Marketing to improve lead quality, follow-up processes, and campaign results.
  • Record sales activity and keep prospect information current in Salesforce.
  • Achieve or surpass activity metrics and sales goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and product updates to communicate Clarius’ value effectively.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Clinical teams to qualify leads, develop opportunities, and expand pipeline coverage.
  • Sell Clarius mobile ultrasound products to healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in inside sales.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience; healthcare or medical sales experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
  • Independent, self-motivated, competitive, and committed to exceeding sales goals with a hunter mentality.
  • Skilled at overcoming objections, establishing trust quickly, and creating purchase urgency.
  • Experience with virtual sales, online demonstrations, remote negotiations, and digital customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt solutions to customer needs.
