Business Development Manager – Texas (Remote)

Lead SyncVR Medical’s expansion into Texas by developing hospital partnerships and closing complex healthcare deals. Build the company’s US pipeline, sales process, and market presence from Houston.

Description

  • Launch and expand SyncVR Medical’s US business, beginning in Houston, Texas
  • Develop and close partnerships with hospital systems, IDNs, and strategic organizations
  • Prioritize pediatric healthcare opportunities and the Texas Medical Center network
  • Drive outbound business development across Houston and the wider Texas market
  • Own the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract close
  • Manage complex hospital buying processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Present SyncVR Medical’s XR platform as a source of clinical and financial value
  • Create business cases and proposals for executive decision-makers
  • Support hiring plans, sales organization design, and go-to-market planning
  • Help grow the US operation with potential progression to Head of Sales or VP USA

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of experience in medical sales, preferably in HealthTech or medical devices
  • Demonstrated success closing new business and building a pipeline from the ground up
  • Working knowledge of US hospital procurement and decision-making processes
  • An established Texas network, particularly within the Texas Medical Center, is advantageous
  • Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership while building a market with limited structure
  • Able to engage C-suite stakeholders while leading outbound activity and deal execution
  • Driven to build and scale the business and assume future leadership responsibilities
  • Based in Texas, preferably in Houston
