Inside Sales Representative - Denver Hybrid

Sell Arrow Electronics’ passive, electromechanical, and connector products while managing customer accounts, quotations, pricing, fulfillment, and supplier relationships.

Description

  • Sell Arrow’s portfolio of passive, electromechanical, and connector products
  • Act as the primary daily contact for customers and suppliers
  • Provide strategic service and support across assigned customer accounts
  • Protect margins, expand market share, and promote value-added solutions
  • Support quoting, demand fulfillment, on-time delivery, engineering assistance, troubleshooting, and broader customer service needs
  • Connect suppliers and customers to build lasting business partnerships
  • Create and oversee customer strategies within the assigned territory
  • Execute Solutions Selling in line with approved account strategies
  • Coordinate Sales Support activities throughout the Order to Invoice process
  • Manage customer interactions involving Quality, Credit, and Financial operations
  • Maintain the Perfect Order Index and accurate inventory records
  • Own Quote to Order targets, quote strategy, resource coordination, quotation processing, pricing negotiations, markup strategy, and customer communications about price increases

Requirements

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in electronics distribution
  • Experience selling passive electronic components is strongly preferred, including power supplies, cable assemblies, thermal products, connectors, magnetics, capacitors, and resistors
  • Demonstrate strong systems knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly
  • Use Microsoft Office confidently
  • Advanced Excel capability, including VLOOKUP and macros, is an advantage
  • Build productive and influential professional relationships
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to achieve results
  • Communicate clearly and bring strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Offer strong customer service and sales capabilities
