Inside Sales Representative — Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Manage customer accounts, leads, quotations, Salesforce activity, and sales events for ASSA ABLOY’s door and access solutions business. Support revenue growth through account development, lead follow-up, reporting, and coordination with internal and external sales teams.

Description

  • Develop relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate purchasing terms and conditions to support profitable growth of ASSA ABLOY brands
  • Follow up on project quotations to help the sales team secure business
  • Communicate with internal sales teams to keep opportunities accurately tracked
  • Manage target accounts in the Inside Sales Outreach Program to sustain engagement and generate revenue
  • Develop and follow up on Sales and Marketing leads
  • Coordinate project approval of ASSA ABLOY brands and manage substitution requests
  • Maintain customer information and related databases
  • Oversee the lead generation process
  • Act as a Salesforce power user
  • Allocate and report sales revenue
  • Prepare monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Coordinate Fleet (MIS) events
  • Organize trade shows, meetings, and other events
  • Distribute leads and follow up with outside sales teams
  • Provide backup support for the Administrator, Pricing and Quoting role
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A college or university degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience with at least a high school diploma or GED is also considered
  • At least a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using CRM, reporting, and contact management systems
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software is preferred
  • Self-directed, organized, detail-focused, and accurate
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to consolidate information from multiple sources into clear, effective content and reports
  • Consistent and effective follow-up skills
