Description

  • Create varied design work for healthcare clients and Costello Medical.
  • Build brand identities and produce infographics, posters, event materials, and other visual assets.
  • Support motion and digital deliverables, including interactive exhibitions, video edits, animations, and eLearning modules.
  • Contribute throughout the full project lifecycle, from developing concepts to completing production.
  • Work with designers, project managers, and clients to establish project scope and objectives.
  • Deliver polished design materials while offering technical expertise and guidance.
  • Support work for commercial, charitable, and public-sector organisations.
  • Share project requirements with delivery teams and resolve technical questions.
  • Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while upholding quality standards.
  • Provide responsive client service and develop effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related subject, with at least a 2:1 or equivalent.
  • A highly innovative portfolio demonstrating design capability.
  • Professional experience in an agency or commercial setting.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Working familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Ability to develop, deliver, and oversee a range of creative concepts.
  • A creative, solution-focused approach with the confidence to explore unconventional ideas.
  • Confidence presenting design work to colleagues and external clients.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
  • High productivity and flexibility when deadlines change.
  • Ability to balance competing demands and prioritise work effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • A CV and cover letter are required.
  • A PDF portfolio or link to an online portfolio is required.
  • Independent right to work in the UK is required; this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
