Freelance Mechanical CAD and Simulation Engineer – AI Trainer
Train and assess AI agents in real CAD environments by creating mechanical geometry and reference solutions. Support CFD-focused engineering projects through geometry design and evaluation.
Description
- Train and assess AI agents on complex engineering tasks in a real CAD environment
- Create mechanical part geometry
- Develop reference solutions for evaluation
- Assess AI-generated engineering work
- Collaborate with CFD engineers simulating the resulting geometry
- Work approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of professional, hands-on CAD modeling experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or a comparable system
- Experience preparing geometry for simulation with ANSYS or a similar tool is a strong advantage
- Must have an active professional CAD license
- Working knowledge of Python and GitHub
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
