Description

  • Use retailer data to find underperforming agents, uncover opportunities, and monitor individual results against company KPIs
  • Own Parcel Shop performance across the assigned territory, delivering and exceeding agreed targets
  • Champion customer experience and implement ongoing improvements to service delivery
  • Train retailers thoroughly on Parcel Shop processes and the correct use of Evri equipment
  • Source and secure new Parcel Shop and Locker locations that satisfy operational criteria
  • Promote additional Parcel Shop services to eligible sites to support network expansion
  • Increase awareness of Parcel Shop services through retailer engagement, point-of-sale updates, and local promotional activity
  • Coordinate issue resolution by escalating service and operational problems promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in field-based retail sales or business development
  • A proven record of increasing sales and meeting performance objectives
  • Experience motivating, supporting, and managing stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis ability and confidence using Microsoft Excel
  • Commercially aware, with strategic thinking suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence and earn trust
  • Ideally located in or close to Sheffield or Derby
