Entry-Level Sales Coordinator

Support Dematic’s automated supply chain sales team by coordinating Salesforce opportunities, pricing, customer follow-up, and Account Manager workloads.

Description

  • Coordinate Salesforce opportunities for Sales Operations and Opportunity Management.
  • Support Account Managers with Salesforce administration, Below the Line opportunities, RSPL coordination, customer follow-up, and workload balancing.
  • Prepare order bookings, pricing breakdowns, quotes, documentation, and internal handoffs.
  • Track and follow up on customer leads, internal referrals, and smaller requests.
  • Join site visits, gather project details, research installed systems, and work with internal teams to clarify customer needs and next steps.
  • Manage regional, smaller, or assigned opportunities to balance workloads and respond to customers.
  • Acknowledge and route customer requests, helping ensure they receive timely support.
  • Build skills for potential future Regional Account Manager responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, business administration, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a technical or industrial setting is helpful but not required for this entry-level sales role.
  • An interest in a career in sales, account management, customer support, or lifecycle services in automation or material handling.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience or demonstrated aptitude may be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, keep accurate records, and follow up consistently.
  • Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across sales, service, parts, pricing, and operations teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn Dematic’s sales processes, lifecycle offerings, internal tools, and approach to customer engagement.
  • Initiative, professionalism, and an interest in growing into broader sales responsibilities.
