Enterprise Service Coordinator - United States Remote

Coordinate orders, billing, and service agreements for Enterprise customers of VSC Fire & Security’s fire protection and security solutions. Act as a primary customer contact while supporting service delivery.

Description

  • Process, distribute, and bill orders received from Enterprise customers
  • Manage customer expectations in line with service agreements
  • Act as a direct point of contact for Enterprise customers

Requirements

  • One to three years of relevant industry experience
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities
  • Strong analytical and planning capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution, organization, analysis, scheduling, building code requirements, and relationship building
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Interest in professional development and career growth
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for operating a company vehicle
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Industry-related management experience is preferred but not required
