Enterprise Business Architect – Växjö (On-site)

Connect Combitech’s strategy, business capabilities, and IT landscape as an enterprise and business architect. Develop target architectures and transformation roadmaps in collaboration with Saab.

Description

  • Develop business capabilities, target architectures, and long-term roadmaps
  • Partner closely with business leadership, the CIO or Head of IT, architects, product owners, and relevant Saab Group functions
  • Translate Combitech’s strategy into business capabilities, processes, information, and an IT landscape
  • Assess current and future needs while identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities
  • Prepare decision support for strategic choices
  • Build alignment between business and IT and facilitate strategic discussions
  • Balance Combitech’s business needs with Saab Group’s strategic direction, shared platforms, and architecture principles
  • Develop and maintain business capabilities, value streams, and operating models
  • Create target architectures and roadmaps spanning business, information, applications, and technology
  • Support portfolio governance and prioritization by clarifying business value, risk, and feasibility
  • Provide strategic direction to architects, projects, product teams, and other change initiatives

Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent expertise gained through other experience
  • Experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, business development, or strategic transformation
  • Experience translating business objectives into capabilities, target states, roadmaps, and governing principles
  • Strong understanding of processes, information management, application landscapes, and IT governance
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with executives and specialists
  • Strong written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Ability to complete and pass a security screening with a background check
  • Knowledge of capability-based planning, value streams, target-state development, TOGAF, ArchiMate, BIZBOK, or equivalent is an advantage
  • Experience with portfolio governance, investment prioritization, major transformation initiatives, information architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, or architecture work in large organizations is valuable
