Data Engineer and Frontend Developer

Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain ontologies and frontend applications in Palantir Foundry
  • Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
  • Evaluate business and technical requirements for new and existing applications
  • Define data structures and forms, then communicate specifications to backend teams
  • Build and maintain UI components and frontend functionality in Palantir Foundry
  • Create navigation flows and interaction logic for user interfaces
  • Add security capabilities to frontend applications
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for ontologies, applications, UI components, and code
  • Represent organizational data accurately and effectively in digital systems
  • Deliver secure, usable, and visually consistent frontend solutions
  • Convert requirements into actionable development tasks
  • Test and validate new features and modifications
  • Follow organizational security and documentation standards
  • Keep current with Palantir Foundry capabilities, practices, and releases

Requirements

  • At least five years of frontend development experience
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand complex data relationships and business processes
  • Experience developing UI components and working with frontend architecture
  • Knowledge of frontend security principles
  • Strong communication and collaborative working skills
  • Careful attention to detail with a focus on usability
  • Ability to produce clear, thorough technical documentation
  • Comfort adapting to changing requirements and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work from the Voderady office at least four days per week; fully remote work is not available
