- Maintain records and process client requests through Microsoft products and UMB systems
- Work with clients and internal teams to identify needs and deliver solutions
- Address client questions and requests
- Compile performance information and keep records current
- Coordinate work with operations teams, custodian banks, and client personnel
- Resolve administrative and operational issues
- Cross-train in additional Corporate Trust functions
- Support established Corporate Trust clients and the Relationship Management team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and UMB systems
