Cloud Services Practice Manager

Lead growth across Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS services. Build partner relationships, certifications, go-to-market plans, and strong team performance.

Description

  • Grow the Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS services practice.
  • Create and carry out one-year and three-year plans for the multi-cloud practice.
  • Build team performance, culture, and accountability across presales and service delivery.
  • Strengthen relationships with Microsoft and AWS field teams.
  • Shape go-to-market offerings for Azure, AWS, and multi-cloud services.
  • Apply knowledge of AWS Partner Network programs, co-selling, and specialization opportunities.
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market plans.
  • Lead presales engineers and partner with delivery leaders across architecture, migration, security, data, AI, and managed services.
  • Create and deliver sales training and development programs.
  • Set certification plans for Microsoft and AWS.
  • Improve efficiency across presales and service delivery.
  • Track and report performance, revenue growth, and practice health.
  • Maintain compliance with Microsoft and AWS technical and partner standards.
  • Represent the company at Microsoft and AWS industry events.
  • Give public presentations and produce thought leadership content.
  • Partner with marketing to promote services and customer success stories.

Requirements

  • At least five years of leadership experience in a technology services setting.
  • Demonstrated success growing a multi-cloud practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and AWS partner networks.
  • Strong business development and client relationship capabilities.
  • Experience creating and delivering sales enablement programs.
  • A substantial number of Microsoft and AWS certifications across the team or held personally.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including gathering insights and reporting to executives.
  • Willingness to travel for client work and Microsoft events.
  • Preferred: Experience with marketing strategy and campaign delivery.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft and AWS funding programs and co-selling motions.
  • An MBA or a business or technical degree is a plus.
