Clinical Research Associate II – China (Remote)

ICON plc is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II to monitor sponsor-dedicated clinical trials remotely from China. The role focuses on protocol compliance, data quality, and patient safety across trial sites.

Description

  • Design and analyse clinical trials using complex medical data
  • Support trial monitoring activities and own assigned deliverables
  • Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Maintain protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout studies
  • Work with investigators and site teams to support effective study execution
  • Review clinical data and resolve queries to preserve data quality
  • Help prepare and review protocols, clinical study reports, and other study documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline
  • At least two years of experience working as a Clinical Research Associate
  • Detailed knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulations, and ICH-GCP standards
  • Strong organization and communication skills with careful attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Availability for approximately 60% travel as required
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based
