Client Partner, Digital Advertising — Snap

Build advertising partnerships with brands and agencies on Snap, guiding account strategy and campaign performance. The role combines consultative sales, senior client relationships, and cross-functional work.

Description

  • Build advertising partnerships with brands and agencies to expand their presence on Snap.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
  • Deliver strong sales and operational support to clients.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to shape and carry out strategic initiatives.
  • Set and apply effective practices for client engagement, sales, and service.
  • Develop persuasive sales presentations grounded in market trends and case studies.
  • Guide clients on Snapchat products and effective use.
  • Set and execute strategic plans for accounts in the assigned portfolio.
  • Assess campaign results and recommend ways to improve performance.
  • Help clients adapt successful approaches for Snap while keeping their goals in view.
  • Build lasting client relationships and address gaps in client advocacy.
  • Present with confidence and challenge clients constructively to support lasting business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to engage and work with C-level executives.
  • Ability to earn support from key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience leading weekly office hours, quarterly business reviews, senior-level engagement sessions, and top-to-top meetings.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships at multiple levels within client and agency organizations.
  • History of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Creative, strategic thinker who brings unconventional ideas.
  • Enthusiasm for Snap, marketing, and building new initiatives.
