Kubicki Draper is seeking a civil litigation attorney for its Orlando hybrid office to handle insurance defense matters, manage a substantial caseload, prepare legal documents, and advocate for clients in court.
Description
- Prepare and review substantive pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Address motions, discovery requests, and related litigation matters
- Maintain clear, effective communication with clients, attorneys, and colleagues
- Oversee a demanding caseload in a dynamic, changing work environment
- Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
Requirements
- At least six years of civil litigation experience
- Previous insurance defense experience is required
- Trial experience is preferred
- Experience with bodily injury matters is highly desirable
- Strong legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy abilities
- A client-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Exceptional organization and clear, concise communication skills
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
