Description

  • Lead the collection, validation, and documentation of requirements for complex initiatives
  • Convert business needs into precise requirements and practical functional solutions
  • Assist with IT intake while contributing to solution design and implementation
  • Keep delivered solutions aligned with business goals
  • Establish effective working relationships across Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
  • Connect cross-functional teams to strengthen communication and alignment
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify business challenges and uncover improvement opportunities
  • Gather and analyze data to support decisions and project work
  • Prepare ROI-supported business cases in partnership with Finance
  • Help rank initiatives according to business value and expected impact
  • Apply a client-focused perspective to solution design and business decisions
  • Find ways to simplify and improve operational processes
  • Encourage stakeholders to adopt efficient and effective working practices
  • Champion improvements to client and user experience
  • Participate in continuous improvement and innovation efforts
  • Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
  • Create and run test cases for projects and system releases
  • Track defects and coordinate their prioritization and resolution
  • Assist with training, implementation, and business readiness

Requirements

  • A college diploma is required
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or project environments
  • Background supporting cross-functional initiatives and complex projects
  • Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
  • Familiarity with Jira, ALM, and low-code or automation platforms is an asset
  • Knowledge of AI, cloud systems, and SaaS solutions
  • Experience preparing business cases and ROI analyses
  • Insurance or financial services experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Agile project management practices is an asset
  • French and English bilingualism is a strong asset
  • Solid understanding of operations, business processes, and client experience drivers
  • Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities for varied audiences
  • Ability to support sound decisions and encourage best practices
  • Effective management of multiple initiatives, schedules, and deliverables
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
