Description

  • Drive business analysis activities that support application evolution
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements and refined user stories for Agile delivery
  • Coordinate Agile sub-projects, including planning, progress tracking, and team resource management
  • Report project milestones and status to managers and stakeholders
  • Evaluate risks and issues, assess their impact, and implement appropriate mitigation measures
  • Serve as the main point of contact for users and key stakeholders
  • Plan and conduct testing activities
  • Create and deliver training while providing continued user support
  • Develop practical solutions and contribute to a collaborative Agile team
  • Organize priorities, meet deadlines, and work with colleagues and senior team members to strengthen technical and functional expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, information technology, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience as a business analyst is required
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and related processes is required
  • Solid understanding of banking products is required
  • Strong functional knowledge of data management, including practical experience with databases, query languages, and Business Intelligence tools, is required
  • Familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence in applications, particularly Large Language Models and Agentic frameworks, is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fluent English
  • French language skills are advantageous
