Description

  • Work with the store manager to direct all aspects of daily retail operations
  • Support merchandising activities and product launches
  • Contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with AT&T products and services
  • Coach and develop retail sales consultants
  • Keep the team on track to meet sales and service objectives
  • Manage store operations while leading and developing the team

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • At least three years of sales or customer experience in telecommunications or a related field
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Established planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of wireless terminology, industry developments, and AT&T mobility systems
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders on initiatives extending beyond the store
  • Strategic outlook with the ability to support and lead change
  • Ability to motivate a team through strong performance, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Ability to apply professional expertise to resolve problems and evaluate issues
  • Proactive approach with the drive to create measurable results
