Armanino is hiring an onsite Benefits Specialist in Pasadena to administer Workday benefits, leave, COBRA, wellness programs, and employee enrollment support.

Description

  • Manage and audit Workday benefits data for accurate employee and dependent enrollment
  • Review and approve benefit life events and COBRA-related tasks
  • Audit benefit waivers, evidence of insurability records, HSA data, enrollments, and claims information
  • Guide new hires and employees navigating job changes through benefits across multiple countries
  • Answer employee questions about benefit programs, enrollment, eligibility, claims, and plan administration
  • Manage the complete leave-of-absence process, including guidance, intake, documentation, tracking, partner and vendor coordination, and record maintenance
  • Represent Benefits during new-hire orientation through presentations, webinars, and enrollment communications
  • Support annual open enrollment and wellness programs through communications, employee assistance, data review, and follow-up
  • Contribute to benefits, leave, and wellness projects, process improvements, audits, and broader team initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience maintaining and auditing benefits data in Workday
  • Experience processing benefit life events and COBRA-related tasks
  • Ability to audit benefit waivers, evidence of insurability records, HSA data, enrollments, and claims information
  • Ability to explain benefits and provide guidance across multiple countries
  • Knowledge of benefit programs, enrollment, eligibility, claims, and plan administration
  • Ability to manage the complete leave-of-absence lifecycle
  • Ability to present benefit information and facilitate webinars
  • Ability to support open enrollment, wellness programs, audits, and process improvement initiatives
