Accounts Payable Specialist - Hybrid in Englewood
E2 Optics is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a hybrid role in Englewood, supporting invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, accounting administration, and special projects.
Description
- Apply safe work practices and comply with company and client safety requirements.

- Provide accounting and clerical support to the department.
- Review, validate, and enter accounts payable invoices.
- Investigate vendor statements and reconcile them with the general ledger.
- Organize and maintain accounts payable records.
- Use computer systems and databases to process bill payments.
- Complete assigned research and special projects as needed.
- Work in indoor office and construction-site environments.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- At least one year of clerical accounting experience.
- Familiarity with accounting software; NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Able and willing to travel when required.
- Able to regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Able to regularly carry items and climb ladders up to 20 feet.
- Able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs when required.
- Able to work in confined and restricted spaces.
- Able to perform required physical duties with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
