Description
- Oversee invoice intake, triage, resolution, and vendor inquiries
- Manage corporate card user setup, activation, and deactivation, while reviewing and approving transactions in Ramp, Brex, and comparable platforms
- Allocate transactions and invoices to employees and cost centers, keeping employee-to-cost-center records current
- Maintain the partner approval tracker and coordinate invoice request submissions
- Process payments and confirm they are accurately recorded and settled
- Validate, approve, and schedule invoice payments from start to finish
- Onboard new vendors, update banking and tax details, and resolve disputes or discrepancies
- Track approvals and due dates to prevent payment delays
- Prepare recurring reports on aging, outstanding invoices, and spending by cost center
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts payable or spend management
- Proficiency with Ramp, Brex, or similar expense management platforms
- Strong attention to detail when assigning headcount splits and monitoring corporate cards
- Clear communication skills for working with vendors and external partners
- Working knowledge of Ramp or Brex corporate cards and AP partner workflows
- Experience with QuickBooks or another accounting ERP
- Background managing an invoice email inbox or billing mailbox
