Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Onsite Contract
Support recruitment and employee onboarding at High Tide, a diversified cannabis retailer and e-commerce company. Coordinate candidate screening, job postings, interviews, and HR initiatives.

- Support the recruitment and onboarding team with day-to-day administration
- Collaborate with recruiters to screen resumes for active hiring assignments
- Help prepare job postings and role specifications
- Review resumes and applications to organize candidates
- Contact candidates with interview scheduling details
- Support recruitment research, analysis, program implementation, reporting, and project work
- Partner with HR to coordinate new-employee orientation and onboarding
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- A post-secondary diploma in human resources or a related field is required
- CPHR designation or active CPHR candidacy is preferred
- Recruitment or talent acquisition coordinator experience of 1–2 years is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Working knowledge of recruitment procedures, applicant tracking systems, and related practices
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Resourceful and adaptable approach to work
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
