  • Support recruitment research, analysis, program implementation, reporting, and project work
  • Partner with HR to coordinate new-employee orientation and onboarding
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

  • A post-secondary diploma in human resources or a related field is required
  • CPHR designation or active CPHR candidacy is preferred
  • Recruitment or talent acquisition coordinator experience of 1–2 years is preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Working knowledge of recruitment procedures, applicant tracking systems, and related practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
