  • Shape and respond to solicitations with Shield AI and acquisition offices.
  • Align teams around multi-year Air Force program wins and secure high-value contracts.
  • Build trusted relationships across program offices.
  • Manage relationships with industry partners.
  • Anticipate customer needs and shape policy, requirements, and solicitations to fit Shield AI’s portfolios.
  • Lead capture activities for Air Force opportunities in Advanced Systems programs.
  • Guide capture for X-BAT and other advanced systems, serving as Shield AI’s lead contact with program offices on engagement and design.
  • Increase adoption and revenue for Shield AI technologies through direct engagement with USAF stakeholders.
  • Manage the USAF advanced-systems business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through deal closure and early program launch.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 10 years of strategic capture or Air Force acquisition experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Air Force acquisition or requirements processes.
  • Experience working with emerging technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.
  • Active Secret clearance; Top Secret is preferred.
  • DAWIA Program Manager – Advanced certification.
  • An advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Air Force program capture experience within the past five years is preferred.
