  • Turn business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into user-centered designs with stakeholders.
  • Create user stories, scenarios, sketches, workflows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  • Gather feedback from users and internal partners to test and refine design solutions.
  • Prepare design specifications for hand-off to development.
  • Work with developers and QA to support high-quality implementation.
  • Use and evolve the design system and its patterns.
  • Partner with the UX team to maintain consistency across projects and existing features.
  • Meet with customers for interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions.
  • Design analytics dashboards and workflows for complex financial data.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least three years of experience as a UX or Product Designer for enterprise applications, with a record of shipping customer-facing products.
  • Experience creating UX and UI design artifacts.
  • Experience taking part in user research and conducting user tests.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.
  • Strong visual design skills for user interfaces.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Sound understanding of accessibility principles and guidelines (A11Y).
  • A portfolio featuring sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and other work that demonstrates discovery, definition, design, and hand-off for real-world products.
  • Ability to meet the requirements for and pass a full background check.
