Senior Manufacturing Reliability Engineer at Conagra Brands
Lead reliability engineering across Conagra Brands’ manufacturing operations, improving equipment performance, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness. The role focuses on SAP Plant Maintenance, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and reliability program development.

- Build and deliver a comprehensive Reliability Engineering program
- Develop and implement processes, tools, standards, and performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness
- Direct asset criticality management and support manufacturing sites in maintaining accurate SAP rankings
- Identify high-risk assets and recommend or lead risk reduction and mitigation plans
- Build equipment failure root-cause analysis capabilities through training, coaching, and facilitation
- Evaluate equipment and cost data to guide reliability initiatives and demonstrate measurable value
- Apply Preventive Maintenance Evaluation and Preventive Maintenance Optimization methods
- Use Reliability Centered Maintenance standards and processes, including team training and analysis leadership
- Conduct Weibull analysis to assess equipment reliability and shape maintenance strategies
- Track reliability initiatives and communicate progress through regular updates
- Review industry trends and benchmarks to drive program improvements
- Maintain SAP Plant Maintenance expertise, oversee data integrity, and lead related improvements
- Partner with Engineering teams to establish design-for-reliability standards for capital projects
- Work with plant and technical leaders to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence and cross-functional Technical Transformation teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least five years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering positions
- Background implementing Reliability Engineering processes and programs
- Experience with predictive maintenance methods such as vibration, infrared, and oil analysis
- Proven ability to establish Reliability Engineering capabilities across manufacturing operations
- Experience leading and managing projects
- Weibull analysis experience is preferred, as is familiarity with other statistical analysis methods
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems; SAP Plant Maintenance experience is preferred
- Ability to evaluate losses and prioritize improvement opportunities with measurable business impact
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to other manufacturing facilities as needed
- Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and perform applicable physical activities, including walking, climbing stairs or ladders, kneeling, repetitive hand-eye coordination, and lifting or carrying materials
