PMP

विवरण

  • Partner with public sector clients to design and implement solutions that improve business processes and address organizational challenges
  • Lead and mentor business analyst teams in process analysis and system assessments
  • Assess business operations and recommend practical improvements
  • Run stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather business and technical requirements
  • Use research to align policies, procedures, and business needs with configured system functionality
  • Use Agile methods to write user stories, plan and track development and deployment, and demonstrate delivered functionality
  • Support testing and reconciliation from a functional and business process perspective
  • Prepare written reports, process documentation, and client presentations
  • Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Contribute to proposals, client relationship management, and business development
  • Lead projects that help government clients modernize HCM and payroll systems

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–8 years of professional management consulting experience
  • Current certification in at least one of CBAP, CSM, PMI-PBA, or PMP
  • In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll processes
  • Experience implementing payroll or HCM software, including system configuration and testing
  • Experience with application lifecycle management software such as JIRA, DevOps, or ELM
  • Experience working in a structured Agile or Scrum environment
  • Ability to lead and coach in a matrixed environment
  • Substantial experience serving public sector clients
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Preferred: experience with large projects involving more than 100,000 employees and multi-year implementations
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise government systems and public sector project lifecycles
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
