Senior Data Analyst | United States (Remote)
NationsBenefits is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to use advanced SQL and Databricks for product, program, and member analytics. The role supports better decisions across healthcare benefits, payment platforms, and engagement solutions.

- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks with Product and business leaders for products, programs, and strategic initiatives
- Assess product performance, utilization, adoption, engagement, financial results, and member behavior
- Build analytical frameworks that explain outcomes, identify causes, and guide next steps
- Perform detailed analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, anomalies, and business performance drivers
- Assess new product features, program updates, and broader business initiatives
- Create ongoing measurement methods to monitor performance over time
- Use advanced SQL in Databricks to examine large and complex datasets
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create complete views of customers, members, products, and programs
- Conduct exploratory, segmentation, cohort, trend, and root-cause analyses
- Turn analytical results into business implications and actionable recommendations
- Establish consistent metrics, KPIs, and analytical definitions with Analytics Engineering and other stakeholders
- Work with engineering teams to address data quality, availability, and modeling problems
- Validate analytical datasets and help specify reusable Gold-layer datasets and analytical data products
- Create recurring analytical views and reports for product and business teams
- Assist with reporting and analysis for external customers
- Present complex findings through clear visualizations, presentations, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide analysis for business reviews, product reviews, client conversations, and strategic planning
- Act as an analytical partner to Product Managers and business leaders
- Identify new analytical opportunities and constructively test existing assumptions
- Explain findings, limitations, assumptions, and uncertainty clearly
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience analyzing large, complex datasets
- Substantial experience with Databricks or a comparable modern cloud data platform
- Proven background in product, program, or business performance analytics
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, cohort, trend, variance, and root-cause analysis
- Experience creating KPIs, metrics, and measurement frameworks
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans
- Strong data validation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to product and business stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams
