- Develop qualified opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships with CPAs, lenders, wealth advisors, and M&A professionals.
- Close at least one Business Assessment each week.
- Build a network of more than 100 Power Partners who generate qualified leads.
- Introduce business owners to exit planning and business value creation services.
- Convert Business Assessments into consulting programs.
- Set your schedule, sales methods, and business development practices.
- Build a diversified pipeline through networking, LinkedIn, referral partners, consultant networks, and marketing leads.
- Track sales activity in HubSpot CRM.
- Complete onboarding and training, and attend weekly coaching.

- Live in the west or southwest suburbs of Chicago, specifically Aurora, Joliet, Bolingbrook, Oswego, or Plainfield, Illinois.
- Have 10 or more years of B2B sales experience; professional services experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to generate a pipeline, build relationships, and close deals.
- Have strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Handle rejection and persist until receiving a clear yes or no.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Be able to work as a 1099 contractor.
- Work independently without quotas or external management.
- Aim to close at least one Business Assessment per week, or 52 annually.
