Senior Business Consultant, Transfer Agency – Melbourne Hybrid
Lead enterprise analysis, solution discovery, and transformation initiatives for SS&C Technologies’ APAC transfer agency business. Shape portfolio priorities, business cases, and strategic change across clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

- Deliver enterprise analysis and consulting to clarify requirements and shape solutions
- Guide ideation and discovery for complex client, strategic, technology, product, revenue, and regulatory initiatives across the APAC Transfer Agency business
- Lead solution discovery and design for the APAC Transfer Agency business
- Prepare impact assessments, business requirements, solution designs, estimates, and business cases
- Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, clients, vendors, and delivery teams
- Manage and prioritise the initiative pipeline in partnership with program sponsors
- Build business cases and obtain the necessary approvals
- Identify and promote opportunities for innovation
- Drive consistent use of business analysis frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Advance continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and industry insight
- Advise senior leaders on strategy, planning, and business analysis
- Deliver strategic recommendations, identify risks, and assess solution options
- Lead initiatives that strengthen change delivery, governance, and cross-functional alignment
- Assess alternative solutions and recommend practical, effective approaches
- Support portfolio planning by defining scope, resources, benefits, risks, and discovery work
- Partner with architects and technology teams to align solutions with enterprise capabilities and architecture
- Track emerging technologies, trends, and industry practices
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business divisions and enterprise leadership
- Support new business development through workshops, presentations, and client engagement
- Provide insights and data to inform portfolio priorities and growth objectives
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 10+ years of financial services delivery experience across asset servicing, transfer agency, custody, fund accounting, funds management, superannuation, or pension administration
- Apply commercial judgement and maintain a strong customer focus with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate success engaging, influencing, and facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders to achieve practical business outcomes
- Understand technology-enabled business transformation and enterprise-wide change delivery
- Have experience producing gap analyses, feasibility studies, business requirements, risk assessments, cost analyses, business cases, and delivery plans
- Bring sound knowledge of project delivery frameworks, methodologies, and change management practices
- Translate strategic objectives into practical solutions and successful delivery outcomes
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive business analysis experience
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Adapt readily, take initiative, and lead delivery in complex, evolving environments
