- Run discovery sessions with stakeholders to clarify business needs
- Turn business objectives into practical analytics roadmaps
- Define KPI calculations, business metrics, and governance standards
- Assess data quality and suitability for supporting key metrics
- Explore and profile data, including feature analysis, with SQL and Python
- Work with Power BI developers on wireframes, semantic models, and dashboards that fit business workflows
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, statistics, finance, or a related quantitative field
- At least five years of experience in data consulting, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Life insurance industry experience is strongly preferred
- Advanced skills in querying, joins, aggregations, window functions, and performance profiling
- Proficiency with data exploration and manipulation libraries such as pandas and NumPy
- Experience designing metric layouts and guiding Power BI dashboard development
