- Work with platform and application engineering, product, architecture, data science, and other teams.
- Share technical lessons and practices with the wider engineering community.
- Mentor engineers and guide implementation through software designs, advice, reviews, and technical coaching.

- A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of software development experience.
- Strong practical engineering and programming skills.
- Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and operating production applications, services, or distributed systems.
- Experience creating AI applications with LLMs, model APIs, agentic frameworks, retrieval and context patterns, tool integrations, or other modern AI capabilities.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience building services and applications with modern frameworks and engineering practices.
- Experience designing and using APIs, SDKs, libraries, frameworks, or platform capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, scalability, reliability, performance, security, and production operations.
- Experience with cloud-native development, containers, orchestration, CI/CD, observability, testing, debugging, and operational monitoring.
- Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into technical designs and working software.
- Ability to contribute across the full engineering lifecycle.
- Ability to assess technical tradeoffs.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
